TAYLOR, Judge.

The appellant, W.T.K., was charged with the capital murder of Helen Rhodes, escape in the third degree, two counts of first degree burglary, and two counts of second degree theft. The state filed a motion requesting that the appellant be transferred to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County to be tried as an adult. The juvenile court granted the petition, and we affirmed, without opinion, the order of transfer. W.T.K. v. State, 567 So.2d 1375 (Ala.Cr.App.1990).
