Reversing.

W. J. Haggard was sheriff of Leslie county for the term beginning in January, 1922. He failed to pay over certain money due the county. The first two above actions were brought against him and his sureties to recover this money. One phase of this controversy was before the court in Leslie County v. Haggard, 212 Ky. 354. 279 S. W. 335.
