Petitioner Zebenework Haile Georgis seeks review of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) denying her petitions for asylum and withholding of deportation and ordering her removal from the United States to Ethiopia, where she is a citizen. An Immigration Judge (“IJ”) determined that Georgis’s claims of racial and political opinion discrimination in Ethi opia did not merit asylum because they were not “internally consistent” and “inherently persuasive.” Georgis appealed and the BIA affirmed the IJ’s decision without opinion pursuant to 8 C.F.R. §…
