The complaint herein alleges that plaintiff and his wife agreed by a writing dated August 27th, *7341926, to convey certain real estate to the defendants for $38,500, which sum according to the copy of the contract attached to the complaint, the defendants agreed to “pay and satisfy or cause to be paid and satisfied” as follows: “On execution of agreement * * * $500.
