Appeal from the District Court of tbe United States for the Southern District of Mew York. In Admiralty. Libel by Richard S. Donkin and others against Robea*t Herbst and others to recover the charter hire of the steamer Shadwan, and a cross libel by respondents to recover damages for a failure of the master to obey the charterers’ orders.
