This contested matter came before the Court on the Proof of Claim filed by Cambridge I Associates (“Cambridge I” or “the landlord”) seeking payment of approximately $160,000 for the debtor’s use and occupancy of leased premises at One Alewife Place, Cambridge, Massachusetts. The debtor (“Erco” or “the debtor”) filed an opposition and a trial was held. After trial the landlord agreed to limit its claim for use and occupancy for the period after the filing date to April 4,1983.
