—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Bruce Allen, J.), rendered July 15, 1997, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of assault in the first degree, attempted assault in the second degree and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 4 to 12 years, 1 to 3 years, and 1 year, respectively, and judgment, same court and Justice, rendered January 9, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a concurrent term of 20 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
