delivered the opinion of the court;

The plaintiff, Thomas Regan, brought this action in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County against defendant, Samuel Vizza, for injuries sustained when his vehicle was struck from the rear by the vehicle operated by defendant. Defendant admitted liability and the jury returned a verdict of *98.50 in favor of plaintiff.
