DECISION
This matter is before the Court on the appeal of Frederick Daly. ("Appellant") from a decision of the Rhode Island Board of Regents for Elementary and Secondary Education (the "Board"). The Board's decision, dated June 23, 2005, affirmed the prior decision of the North Kingstown School Committee (the "Committee") terminating Appellant from his tenured position as a music teacher within the North Kingstown School Department.
