[¶ 1] Ronald Ernst appeals from a district court order, dated April 19, 2004, denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea on October 28, 2002, to burglary, stalking, two counts of theft, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and indecent exposure. Ernst argues that he should have been allowed to withdraw his guilty plea because he was not informed orally by the court of any of the terms of his probation prior to pleading guilty or during sentencing.
