Counsel for Catherine Kennedy suggests that this court has no jurisdiction of the appeal, because of Section 26, Ch. 72, Rev. Stat. (Hurd), of “ The Act concerning Insolvent Debtors,” which provides for an appeal to the Circuit Court from all final orders and judgments of the County Court under the provisions of that act. This act was in force July 1, 1872, and would control as to the court to which the appeal lies, unless it is repealed by Section 8 of the Appel-, late Court act (Ch. 37, Hurd’s. Rev.
