This is an action to review a judgment of the district court of the City and County of Denver reversing an award, of the Industrial Commission of Colorado which awarded benefits to claimant Lyttle under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of Colorado, C.R.S. 1953, 81-1-1 et seq. The facts on which the case arose are not in conflict.
