This is a suit instituted by appellee against the Missouri, Kansas Texas Railway Company of Texas, the name of which, in an amended petition, was alleged to have been changed, after a receivership had terminated, to Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company of Texas; the object of the suit being to recover the value of certain personal property, damages for loss of time and for mental anguish, in the total sum of $679.25.
