This is a workmen’s compensation case involving a death which occurred outside Colorado.

Defendants in error were defendants below. Plaintiff in error Denver Truck Exchange, a Colorado Corporation, is referred to herein as “employer”; plaintiff in error State Compensation Insurance Fund, the insurer, is referred to as the “Fund”; defendant in error Industrial Commission of Colorado is referred to as the “Commission”; defendant in error Lila M. Perryman is referred to as “claimant”; and the deceased Louis E. Perryman is referred to as “Perryman.”
