CRANE, Judge.

A jury convicted Alfonso Mills of one count of first degree robbery, § 569.020 RSMo 1986, and one count of armed criminal action, § 571.015 RSMo 1986, on November 16, 1989. The trial court sentenced him to ten years on the robbery count and three years on the armed criminal action charge, the sentences to be served concurrently. Mills, acting pro se, timely filed a motion for post conviction relief pursuant to Rule 29.15. His appointed counsel subsequently filed an unverified amended motion.
