EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members in September 1983 at Mainz-Gonsenheim, Germany. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of felony-murder, in violation of Article 118(4), Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 918(4). The members sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for life, forfeiture of $573.00 pay per month for 14 months or until discharged from the service, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
