MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Before the Court is the question of confirmation of the amended chapter 13 plan of joint debtors Robert and Sherri Hobart (“Debtors”), Doc. No. 36 (“Plan”). 1 An objection to confirmation was raised by creditor Oregon Community Credit Union (“OCCU”). Doc. No. 43 (“Objection”). An evidentiary hearing on confirmation was scheduled for May 2, 2011.
