I. INTRODUCTION

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), 1 plaintiff seeks review of a final decision, dated September 26, 1975, of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, terminating her Supplemental Security Income benefits for the months of August and September, 1974, pursuant to Social Security Act section 1611(f), 42 U.S.C. § 1382(f).
