MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BUCHWALD, District Judge.
Plaintiff Buy This, Inc. (“Buy This”) brought suit against MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. (“MCI”) in New York State Court for, inter alia, breaching a contract for telephone service. MCI subsequently removed the action to this Court and asserted several counterclaims, including claims for fraud and breach of the same contract. MCI also added Baruch Herzfeld and Dollar Phone Corp.
