Alice M. Strutton (“Client”) appeals a judgment entered against her in favor of Lawrence W. Ferguson (“Attorney”) on his Petition to Enforce Attorney’s Lien brought pursuant to section 484.130. 1 At torney’s suit was based on a written contingency fee agreement executed by Client.
