This is an appeal by appellant from a judgment of the court of common pleas which affirmed an order of the State Medical Board of Ohio. The State Medical Board had ordered that appellant’s license to practice medicine be suspended for two years.

Appellant, James F. McCutcheon, M.D., is a licensed physician in the state of Ohio and practices psychiatry in Canton. As a result of a complaint filed against appellant by a Canton pharmacist, an investigation was launched by appellee, the State Medical Board (“board”), in November 1983.
