JOHNSON, Presiding Judge.

Duane Nunnally was charged with trafficking in cocaine and obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was tried before a jury and convicted of both charges. He appeals, challenging the jury selection, evidentiary rulings, the sufficiency of the evidence, the validity of the verdict, and the court’s failure to appoint a lawyer to represent him even though he was not indigent.
