This Chancery suit was brought to require defendant to specifically perform an agreement to lease.
To properly understand the issues, we must first set forth a substantial portion of the pertinent facts.
Plaintiff, Quince Pharmacy, is a partnership with its business site located in the Quince Station Shopping Center in Memphis. Quince Pharmacy leased these premises from the owner of the shopping center, Stanger Investment Corporation.
