This case involves a dispute over the interpretation of the terms of an “Aircraft Lease-Purchase Agreement” (“the agreement”) and in particular, those terms pertaining to the exercise by the plaintiff, Carefree Vacations, Inc. (“Carefree”), of an option to purchase from the defendant, Barbara Brunner, the aircraft which was the subject of the agreement. Defendant purchased the aircraft from plaintiff on January 15, 1985.
