QUINN, Chief Justice.

Armando C de Baca, you appear before this court to be publicly censured for your unprofessional conduct. You were admitted to the bar of this court in 1973, and as a registered attorney are subject to the jurisdiction of this court and its Grievance Committee. You and the Deputy Disciplinary Prosecutor executed a stipulation in ⅝ which you freely and knowingly waived your right to a formal hearing before the Grievance Committee and agreed that a public censure was the appropriate form of discipline for your misconduct.
