CRIMINAL LAW—POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE To obtain a conviction for distribution of a controlled dangerous substance under § 5-602 of the Criminal Law Article of the Maryland Code, the State must prove that the defendant had actual or construction possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
