This is a suit in equity which in substance, as amended, sets out the establishment by parol of a trust for the benefit of the plaintiff’s intestate, the remainder to be paid to her estate at her decease, the receipt and administration of it by the defendant’s intestate, a failure finally to account for it by him, the possession of the fund by the defendant and a refusal by him to account for it or to pay to the plaintiff on demand; with prayers for appropriate relief.
