This is yet the latest chapter in the ongoing saga of plaintiff Dickinson Adion-ser’s litigation under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) against the Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”). In September 2011, I granted summary judgment in favor of the DEA and other agency defendants, finding that various FOIA and Privacy Act exemptions allowed them to withhold certain documents from plaintiff.
