MORROW, Presiding Judge.
The offense is the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one year.
According to the State’s evidence, the witness Collins went to the home of Artie Jackson to buy some whisky. Jackson was not found but the appellant and several others were there. The witness approached McDonald with reference to procuring whisky. McDonald said he had none but could take the witness to where it could be obtained.
