We are asked to review the record of the Court of Appeals in the case of Georgia B. Griggs v. Robert J. Dunham at al., Receivers of the Metropolitan Street Railway Co. There is a dispute as to whether the action is one under Section 5425, Revised Statutes 1909, or under Sections 5426 and 5427 of said statutes.
