CRIST, Judge.

This is a consolidated appeal. Defendant appeals from his conviction for possession of a controlled substance in violation of § 195.-202, RSMo, and the subsequent denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for posteonvietion relief without an evidentiary hearing. Affirmed.

Defendant raises three points on appeal. He first argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence because it was seized in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.
