Error proceedings are prosecuted to this court from the decision of the common pleas court, wherein the judgments of the probate court of this county were affirmed.
Two applications were filed in the probate court as follows: On November 16, 1923, the Cleveland Trust Company filed an application for letters of trusteeship over one Coit E.
