MEMORANDUM
WALDMAN, District Judge.
Presently before the court is defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). The defendants are a New York City law firm with offices in Manhattan, several members of the firm and the executors of the estate of one of the firm’s former principals. Plaintiff is a Pennsylvania lawyer who referred a case to the New York law firm and now seeks to recover a referral fee.
