NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

National Broadcasting Company (NBC) seeks review of the decision of the District Unemployment Compensation Board (the Board) that 105 members of Local 31 of the National Association of Broadcast Employees and Technicians (NABET) are entitled to unemployment benefits during the period April — May 23, 1976.
