The appellant was convicted in a jury trial of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana. He was sentenced to serve consecutive sentences of ten years on each count for a total of thirty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a mistrial; that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction; and that the trial court erred in ordering his sentences to run consecutively. We affirm.
