This is a potential class action suit brought by a number of Plaintiff investors against various Defendants for fraud, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and violations of the Texas Securities Act and the Texas Business and Commerce Code for the sale of units in limited partnerships sold by Defendant PaineWebber Incorporated (“PaineWebber”).
