Affirming.

Appellee was injured while in the employ of appellant company, and sued to recover damages on the theory that his injury was the result of his employer’s failure to furnish him a reasonably safe place in which to work, also of its failure to warn him of the dangers incident to his employment. The defendant denied 'liability, and pleaded that appellee’s injury was the result of his own negligence, or else resulted from a risk 'which he assumed in accepting the employment.
