1Opinion of the Court

LYNCH, Circuit Judge.

The district court entered summary judgment against the claims of Katherine O’Neill, a veteran Massachusetts social worker, that the Department of Social Services (DSS) and her supervisors terminated her employment without affording her pre-termination rights to procedural due process.1 The complaint sought lost pay *44and benefits, compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and “such other relief the court deems just.” We affirm the grant of summary judgment.
