¶1 Steven Gaworski was convicted of manufacture of methamphetamine. He was also convicted of several related offenses, including separate counts of possession of pseudoephedrine and anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and two counts of endangering a child with a controlled substance. We agree with Gaworski that certain sentencing errors occurred. First, the unit of prosecution for possession of precursor ingredients with intent to manufacture methamphetamine is determined by examining intent, not the number of ingredients.
