MEMORANDUM OPINION

HANEN, District Judge.

Linda Prather, a former employee of Utiliquest, brought suit in state court, seeking to recover damages against Utili-quest and two of its employees for violations of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act and intentional infliction of emotional distress. After removal, Plaintiff moved to remand on ground that complete diversity did not exist among the parties. Defendants Sue Obregon and Melanie McGinness also filed a motion for summary judgment.
