Plaintiff Apple & Eve, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the business of purchasing and distributing apple juice, filed the instant action on December 5, 2006, alleging breach of contract against defendant Yantai North Andre Juice Co. Ltd., a producer of apple juice concentrate and other juice products organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
