MEMORANDUM OPINION1
I. INTRODUCTION
This case came on for trial to the Bench, without a Jury, on June 7, 1990, at 9:30 a.m. The Plaintiff appeared by its Assistant Manager, *64George Alexander Tutein; its Secretary, Janice Tutein; and its Attorney, Eddy Rivera, Esquire.
