This is a suit for declaratory, injunctive, and monetary relief brought by four migrant agricultural workers on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated against three private defendants, three federal agencies, and various federal officials for alleged violations of the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act, 7 U.S.C. §§ 2041, et seq.
