The Italian trustee (“Trustee”) of Rosa-cometta, S.r.l. (“Rosacometta” or “Debt- or”), an Italian corporation that is a debtor in a bankruptcy case pending in Milan, Italy (the “Italian Bankruptcy Case”), filed this ancillary case under § 304 of the Bankruptcy Code seeking to enjoin all creditor collection activities in the United States nunc pro tunc to the date Rosacom-etta was adjudicated bankrupt in Italy.
