By motion filed on September 22, 2003, proposed intervening party Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (“BCBSM”) seeks leave to intervene in this product liability suit pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 24(a) or, alternatively, requests to be joined as a necessary party under Fed.R.Civ.P. 19(a).
