— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward McLaughlin, J.), rendered June 23, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the second degree and sentencing him, as a persistent felony offender to an indeterminate prison term of from fifteen years to life, unanimously affirmed.
