MELLOTT, District Judge.
The court is this date signing journal entries in the three cases shown in the caption, remanding the several petitioners to the custody of the respondent on the basis of findings of fact and conclusions of law found and made following hearings upon writs of habeas corpus or rules to show cause.
Inasmuch as petitions for writs of habeas corpus are being filed in this court with increasing frequency by inmates of the Kansas State Penitentiary, and since some prisoner-petitioners have indicated a proneness to believe that the court may have acted hastily or ill advisedly…
