Parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court, inverse to their order here. Plaintiffs sued on two fire insurance policies, aggregating $7,000, covering their stock of merchandise destroyed and damaged by fire on February 21, 1923. Judgment on verdict was for plaintiffs for $4,000. Defendant prosecutes error.
