Brian Keith Spenny (“Spenny”) appeals from the October 15, 2014 judgment of sentence entered by the Erie County Court of Common Pleas. On appeal, *237Spenny raises two challenges related to discretionary aspects of his sentence. After careful review, we conclude that the. trial court erroneously included certain prior, out-of-state convictions when calculating his prior record score and determining that he was a repeat felony offender for sentencing purposes. We therefore vacate Spenny’s judgment of sentence and remand for a new sentencing hearing.
