This is an appeal from a judgment denying the relief sought by appellant in a suit instituted by her to recover stipulated sums of money alleged to be due by virtue of the terms of a policy of insurance issued for her benefit by the appellee company, dated September 7, 1921, and covering the life of plaintiffs husband, Clarence Earl Myers, who was shot and killed by one Goldie White, an alleged insane person, on March 28, 1923.
